Can you explain your process of development and communication?

Effective two-way communication channels are vital to a successful project. We encourage keeping open channels with regular meetings and leveraging tools such as workshops, project management software, and regular emails.

Our design and development process follows an agile system that has two stages: Momentum and Prototype & Development.

Momentum Stage

This is where the collaboration begins, and the sharing and workshopping of your ideas occur. Involved in this process will be a designer and a product strategist who can help guide the plan with these ideas and knowledge. Once the roadmap is set, we get started on designs. This includes both low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, user interface design, and logos. We aim to get you from idea to traction in 30 days or less. Additionally, you will receive expert support on important topics from our team of experts, such as funding, pitch decks, and investment strategies.

Prototype and Development Stage

Once we complete the groundwork in the Momentum stage, the prototyping and development will begin, resulting in an interactive prototype that helps you understand your product’s viability fully. This phase is concluded by building the app, integrating necessary features, and ensuring that the final product is ready for launch.

Will our contract include submitting to app stores and post-launch maintenance?

You are not locked into any maintenance agreements! Since we focus on native app development, there’s less of a requirement for maintenance than in other hybrid technologies. Many of our clients choose to jump onto a continuous improvement retainer, where we are always optimising and enhancing iOS or Android apps. But it’s optional!

Who will own the web or mobile application?

As the customer and financier of a project, you’ll have rights to the product and own all of the intellectual property behind what we develop for you. The IP stays yours to apply to any future projects if you see fit.
